2017 Topic for the year:- Food and Beer Pairings

Usually beer is appreciated in isolation to other tastes and in fact great effort is made during tastings not to pollute the palette with other flavours, often using such palette cleansers as cream crackers. This year it is the intension of the NCB to investigate how beers can complement the flavours of the food we eat.
